1. Booking Agreement & Scope

Manthan Routes operates as an authorized premier tour organizer and concierge service provider. By booking any domestic or international holiday package:

• The contract comes into effect upon receipt of the initial booking deposit and issuance of the official Manthan Routes Booking Confirmation Voucher.
• All package rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly designated otherwise for overseas currency settlements.
• Itineraries, resort categories, and meal plans are provided in accordance with the specific package specifications selected during reservation.

2. Payment Schedule & Deposits

To guarantee premium hotel allocations, luxury flight blocks, and private vehicle reservations, the following payment schedule applies:

• At the time of Booking: 30% of the total tour package cost is required to initiate reservations and secure inventory.
• 21 Days Prior to Departure: Additional 40% of the tour cost must be cleared.
• 10 Days Prior to Departure: Remaining 30% balance must be settled in full to release final hotel vouchers, driver contact details, and tickets.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booked holiday for personal, medical, or unforeseen reasons, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via registered email to support@manthanroutes.com. Refund deductions are computed based on the date of notice receipt:

*Note: Non-refundable flight tickets, seasonal peak festive surcharges (Christmas, New Year, Diwali), and non-refundable heritage luxury palace bookings are exempted from standard refund calculations and will adhere to airline/hotel policies.

4. Itinerary Changes & Route Flexibility

While Manthan Routes endeavors to adhere strictly to published itineraries:

• Local mountain road conditions, defense permits, high-altitude snow blockades (e.g., Rohtang, Khardung La, Zojila Pass), and state regulations may occasionally necessitate route adjustments.
• In such circumstances, our on-ground tour captains will arrange the closest equivalent luxury resort or alternate sightseeing circuit to ensure your safety and comfort.

5. Traveler Guidelines & Documentation

To guarantee a smooth journey, guests are responsible for:

• Carrying valid government identity cards (Original Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport) for all registered guests, including infants.
• Ensuring medical suitability and consulting physicians before undertaking high-altitude Himalayan circuits (Ladakh, Spiti, Kedarnath).
• Treating local communities, chauffeurs, and resort staff with courtesy and respecting environmental heritage norms (Zero Plastic waste in the Himalayas).

6. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

Manthan Routes shall not be held liable for failure to execute scheduled services arising from acts of God, severe cloudbursts, earthquakes, avalanches, civil disturbances, strikes, pandemics, or government-mandated travel curbs. In such events, credit notes for future travel will be issued subject to vendor policies.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or grievances arising under or in connection with tour contracts facilitated by Manthan Routes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
